On this comp, They Have: "King's English" listed as: "Kings' English".
Its the same band just spelled incorrectly.

Reminds me a little bit of the Turds On a Bum Ride or Gathering of the Tribe comps - in that there's a mix of decent mid '60s garage punk plus a load of late '60s acid rock (actually it's mainly the latter, not so much of the former).
We don't need any more covers of Purple Haze, thank you very much and you can tell by some of the titles that we're way past teen garage punk.

The best track imo is the Marcus song A Trip In Time which, apparently, comes from a record issued in 1979. Information on the internet is very scant on this album... it's called From The House of Trax which, confusingly, makes it sound like a Chicago house record! Anyway - it's a good and frantic slice of heavily echoed psychedelia. Not sure if it was actually made in 1979 or was recorded earlier, say in the late 60s, and was unreleased (if it is from 1979 then it's one of the most anachronistic records ever made).
It's not really essential this album but it does have its moments (like many of this type of comps).
Some of these tracks are uncomped elsewhere so might be worth picking it up for that reason.

Volume 1 is here (with a different title). Both volumes did come out on one cd in the late '90s
